Flank Steak ingredients: Grass-fed, grass-finished beef
Our grass-fed, grass-finished beef is raised entirely in Mt. Angel, Oregon, on our farm and the grazing lands of the historic Mount Angel Abbey right next to our farm. Our animals are on open pasture year-round, and are never fed or finished with hard grains. All of our beef is hand cut and processed at our USDA-inspected plant on our farm in Mt. Angel, Oregon. It’s rare for a smaller producer to have their own processing plant, and we are incredibly proud of it. Our products and our processing facility are free of these major allergens: gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, eggs, and soybeans.
