Self-Service Case-Ready Product
We specialize in offering a product that is ready to be placed in your self-service cooler or freezer section. All of our packages are labeled with product name, safe handling instructions, and a guarantee to be “raised without the use of antibiotics, added hormones, or animal by-products” and are USDA approved. The packages do require a weight and price.

Fresh Meats
Fresh products are available vacuum packaged with or without a black food grade recyclable tray along with an absorbent pad. Our fresh case-ready individually vacuum packaged products have a 14 day shelf life. Fresh products are stamped with an ID # and a pull date.

Frozen Meats
Frozen products are vacuum packaged without a meat tray or absorbent pad and are meant to be sold frozen. Our frozen products have a two-year shelf life and are stamped with an ID # and a packed on date.

Primal Cuts
Primal Cuts are designed for retailers and restaurants that do not require a self-service case ready product. Primal cuts may or may not be trimmed & are cut depending on your needs. Primal cuts can be shipped fresh or frozen.
